10min mistake to #1, a weird area, must have walked right by the flag at first approach. 5min error on 17. the rest i just took really slow and steady to try and rebuild some confedence for NAs.

meh, bad race i guess...
...
was basically way out of my league, running against low 30min runners.
Felt okay at the start but i guess being lapped a half dozen times by the leader wasnt good for my morale. Stomach wasn't feeling very good at the end and i had to rush home to go the bathroom.

So i dont think it was a horrible race, just some things were off, and wasnt feeling as good as the nordion in the spring.
