Swedish sprint champs qualification

Pushed hard from the beginning and ran well technically. One bad route choice on 9 and a few others where I lost a second or two.

Felt terrible physically though, and had a bit of trouble breathing it felt like. The last half of the course was a lot of plain running and I was completely dead. Lost 40s to the leader on the last three legs!

It was enough to qualify for the final though. The first time I've made a final actually! Apparently not training, caring, or preparing is the right recipe for me. ;)
