Meant to just take it easy, but of course I couldn't help but push a bit once I got into it. Really rushed the orienteering though and made a ton of mistakes. A few controls where I was standing meters from the small flag and just didn't see it.

Around the 10 with a good group of 7 or 8 guys. Thanks to Junis who switched the original plan of running on the 2.5, which would have been ridiculous. Super nice night again. Shorts and t-shirt.

Felt good. Pushed really hard on the 1mins to see if I could handle the lactate on the last two. Managed pretty well.

GMOK intervals on the new backbana.

Ran the first hill nice and controlled. Ended up pushing too hard on the second when they started without notice and I tried to catch the front guys. Paid for it on the last two hills which are also the steepest. Really fun training.

Finished with 5 x15s sprints with Junis, Judith and Gabriel.

Short loop around Skatås at an easy pace. First time in the woods in a really long time. Tweaked the ankle a bit and had the same weird pain up my right leg as last year. Felt it playing volleyball too, or maybe it was aggravated from that?

Warm and rainy out, enjoyed that. Prefer being in the woods when it's muggy sometimes.
