Hill intervals with GMOK. 10 times up the hill towards Brudarebacken.

Ran at threshold for most of it. Went a bit harder on 3 and 4 but backed off a bit after that. Ran the last two really hard with Strand, trying to hold him off. Great session.

Really nice event. Took it easy in the beginning, running with others. Sped up a bit in parts after mistakes to try and catch back up to Hedman and Axe. Came in 4th somehow and won chocolate!
