Been avoiding running in the forest due to a weak ankle that I keep hurting. Thought I'd give it a go again though and see if I could make it through a session.
Was ok in the beginning but was running cautiously on the frozen ground. Tweaked it on the third interval but was able to keep running. Then got it badly on the fifth interval on the way to the last control. That was that, walked/jogged home.
Annoying with the "upwards sprains". Taping helps a bit but not completely, but I'm too lazy to do that anyways...
