shoes: Asics GT2150 (Feb 11)
Needed to get a session in before work. Plan was 2x1km, 2km, 2x1km. Got through the first two but was feeling really tired. Heart-rate wasn't dropping fully. Tried for the 2km but I completely faded. Called it quits after that. It turns out that trying to do a hard session like this before breakfast is not a good idea. Live and learn...
