Really fun session, short enough to have to keep the speed up the whole way, but long enough to settle in a groove.
Had some GI issues starting by no. 4, but otherwise I felt good. Was able to keep the times very consistent, and without having to check my watch while running. It turns out this watch i'm using (good watch is dead) only has 8 lap memory, but I have a good idea of times.
