I am quite enjoying my Wednesday walks although it did rain it wasn't cold.

Broke up into groups. I took one rotation and worked the group on positioning at centre bounces and following the play there after. Amazing how little on filed instruction some of the younger ones have received.
Good interval training too!
Then fam dinner at 2KW. Yum!

Dropped car off for a service. So many wet leaves on dark streets - kind of dangerous.

Damn hard to do push ups with cut up right palm.

Back to pick up car before they closed. Both times included stopping at lights and railway crossings so overall was around 5min pace

Had a minor stack on Greenhill Rd over an exposed tree root. Right knee, hand and hip all took a good scraping
