ROC3 vs PAC3 - where do i begin? I wore the yellow card out from sending off players. 6 in one game - new record. 4x20mins. 8kms.
ROC1 vs PAC1 - PAC too good. Anti-density rule not a success. 4x25mins. 10kms.

Quick early jog around the harbour. Damn its a nice city. Went west later to visit fam and yeah, not so nice out there.

Managed to sneak in a quick session before dinner - jog then conditioning. The advantage of booking trip early is getting decent accommodation

Had time for a quick jog before dinner straight after jumping off plane. Full moon rise over the eastern suburbs was spectacular
