OK so it was 43C and I ran home. Felt pretty good with a quick stop at the hose at the church on stephen terrace. Pool afterwards was excellent!

1.93kms. It helped that i knew where the controls were but my route choices were good on all bar 1. Ran pretty hard too.

Covered 3.4kms. Under cover areas in tinted glasses need to be avoided! Was great to be on another new area, alas again my lack of ability shone brightly. 2 errors and a bit of route choice dilemma summed things up pretty much.
