upped the intensity today - still have 2 inches to lose from the waist and 4.5kgs from the scales.

Walk/Jog intervals (Umpire Training) 1:00:00 [4]

8x200 @ 35s with 200m slow jog between.
8x100 @ 17s with 100m slow jog between.
2x400 @ 75s with 400m walk between.
Forward 20m, diagonal 20m, backwards 20m x 5. 10 sets.
15mins slow jog warm up/down.

Humid night.
