Prosser's Reef - made some huge mistakes today. Maybe 15 min on no.6, 10 min on no.13, 5 min on no.14 to name a few. I ran about 4km extra than most of the other Elites too which prob didn't help. Terrible run, GPS track says it all!

The Common - Rylstone. Took a while getting into it. Running speed through terrain is pretty terrible at the moment. Didn't lost much time. Parto and Toph ran through me on the long leg to no.10. Finished 3 min off the pace behind Lachlan Dow. 29th/54.

Bit sore after the weekend. Just looked at the record for the Great Wall of China Marathon in a couple of weeks. 42km in 6hrs17. I'm going to out for a while!
