Didn't really have a plan of where I was going or how far. I ended up just following marked bike routes which were all pretty well marked. So started from Crows Nest out to Centennial Park and La Perouse, then cut across past the airport along the Cooks River cycle path to Olympic Park. Was going to start heading back but just found myself following the bike route to Parramatta. I was wasn't expecting much of the next bit to Epping but found a nice bike route through the backstreets of North Rocks and after Epping it continued onto Macquarie Uni and then into Lane Cove NP.
