Rogaine at Parramatta with Amy in mid-30 degree heat. Course was set by my dad so we were obliged to run. The map had 248 controls with a total of 140km to cover the lot. We got 73 of them!

Started by getting all the controls around Lake Parramatta, Excelsior Park, Darling Mills Creek then across through Northmead Gully and a pit stop at Macca's. We then ran down to the loads of controls in Parramatta Park and Parramatta City Centre and finally making our way back to the finish via King's School.

Finished with 3220 points for 5th, about 700 points behind the winners. Good effort by Amy managing to cover 39km in that heat and beating her previous longest run by 4hrs. She's on AP now.

O on new map in Pymble. The course was very hilly. I was never going to do well on this one after not choosing a good route and then getting them all was not optimal either. Plus feeling tired from a few hard consecutive days. Got all controls 12 minutes over well behind Dave Hegarty who got 570.

Sprint at Olympic Park. Very easy course with not much nav required.
