Day 1 Swiss O Week. Arrived at 1pm after 10 hour drive from Italian 5-Days so couldn't register. Just missed my start coz I didn't know where it was and didn't have control descriptions so I just punched everything in sight. Turns out I mis-punched a control 2 minutes from the finish. I actually punched about 3 others but couldn't get the right one. Felt good though. Start was at 3000m elevation.

Day 4 Italian 5-Days. Felt good. Knee still giving me trouble so took it a bit easy. Had a hagaby style loops in the middle of the course.Didn't make too many errors think i finished near the bottom.

Day 2 up in the high mountains. Strained knee warming up and was close to pulling out before the first. Jogged around the rest of the course. Didn't make any mistakes though which was good.

Day 1. Missed start so started 2 minutes in front of Robbie. Felt good and ran pretty well. Rob caught me after 20 minutes and we did the rest of the course together. About 7 minutes behind the winner.
