ahr:165 max:188 spiked:28/29c shoes: Brooks Adrenaline 6

For the 4th week in a row the ankle is getting slightly better. It's the only time I really get to test it. Got all controls except for no.16 and 5 minutes over for 530 points same as Green/Horrocks/Hegarty.

O at Lindfield. Started off with the bush controls so my ankle could warm up a bit, so took the first 15 min or so pretty easy slowly stepping down the trails. The second half on the roads ankle was feeling a little better so went harder. Missed 3 controls in the middle for 560 points top score, same as Richard Green and Ezy. Happy with that considering slow start. Fitness is there, ankle still a month off.

spiked:23/26c shoes: Brooks Trance 8

O at Artarmon Reserve. Rainy and very wet. Ankle felt sore and achilles in other leg really sore too coz I was over compensating for my bad ankle. Anyway got through the course getting 26 of the 30 - 2 minutes over for 540. Top score before I left. Felt pretty good though which is something at least. The cycling must be paying off.
