O at Western Sydney Regional Park. Didn't feel too good today but didn't make any errors on pretty easy nav course. A lot of the course was in long grass so took the track option a lot of the time. Knee hit a rock hidden in the long grass near no.8 and had to walk for 30 seconds or so.
Team lost comfortably to Bigfoot - we almost didn't put a team in but luckily a few of the guys stepped up for us.

Sprint at Macquarie Uni. Lacked speed today and felt unfit but managed to struggle through course. Lost little patches of time in the circle as some controls were hard to see. Was caught by Simon Uppill and Bruce Arthur late and hung with them to the finish. Not the best result for 16th - Julian won in 16.11.

Middle Distance Race at Hilltop. Lost 2 minutes at the first so wasn't a good start. Then no real errors till near the end. Got caught by Julian at no.10 and was comfortably hanging on when he jumped off a cliff with little effort. I couldn't get down so he got away! I then followed Simon Uppill from no.16 to no.17 and he stuffed it then I had no idea where I was. Lost another 2 minutes on the last control too. Not a good day out but I was never going to do well on this map. Julian won in just under 40.
