Orienteering race (Bristol Club Event) 33:49 [5] *** 5.0 km (6:46 / km)
ahr:163 max:176 spiked:9/12c shoes: Brooks Trance 7

Ran a small club event on Pur Down Ridge out at Bristol. Open area and forgot my compass which I needed for a few controls. Very scarppy and was running all over the place.

O at Willoughby. Felt flat and legs felt heavy today so couldn't get going. Didn't pick the best route choice either. The map was the wrong scale so controls came up quicker than expected and the course which looked like being to long for 45 minutes was done comfortably. Glen Horrocks beat me by 2 minutes.

O at UWS in Rydalmere. Didn't make any errors. Fastest time by over 2 minutes.

Orienteering race (Sydney Summer Series) 48:54 [5] ***
ahr:162 max:179 spiked:29/29c shoes: Asics Kayano 15

Struggled to get going today in humid conditions. Didn't make any errors but could have left a couple of controls out to make 570, instead got all but 1 and was 4 minutes late for 550, 10 points ahead of 2nd.

Orienteering race (Sydney Park Series) 15:48 [5] *** 3.0 km (5:16 / km)
ahr:165 max:184 spiked:7/11c shoes: Asics Kayano 15

O at Upjohn Park in Rydalmere. Very scrappy today. Made a couple route choice errors and then tried to go through the dark green at a control near the end which I had to back out of. Lucky to take the win 20 secs ahead of Prong.
