Mothers Day Classic
Had fun out on the course. Didn't want to push to hard as I am worried about causing damage to my leg. My dad started off very fast and was coming second for a while! My dad beat me overall but by probably about 5 secs. Although it is dissapointing, he did do a really good time so I am happy for him ;)
Had a delicious brunch after which was soo nice!!

Went to physio and he said I have to be careful with my leg and may have to take the Mother's Day classic tommorow slow :(((((

3km time trial. Bridget and I were running together which really helped us to maintain consistent pace. We will get sub 12 eventually!!!!
