Castle Dounie curcuit, legs a bit tight after yesterday, cold coming back down the hill.

Started to go for run with Jura but her sore throat was v sore so jogged back with her.
Decided to do some hill reps instead in shelter between the woods as wind arctic cold and strong again.

running hills (7x 1.5min 6x1 min) 34:00 [4] 3.5 km (9:43 / km) +400m 6:11 / km

legs felt good.
didn't push too hard as still recovering from lingering cold.
Felt like good session though and bit of confidence for next weekend.

Wrapped up warm and went for it slowly.
Felt ok once running.
Hope that will scare this cold off for good.

Time to really bash the cold into submission.
Not moving fast but fed up with slow running feeling sluggish.
