orienteering race 1:20:03 [4] 6.9 km (11:36 / km) +250m 9:49 / km

Great course would normally have loved it but really struggling for energy after 2 races yesterday and Ceilidh!
Slow 1,2,3 ,4,mistakes6,10 and 17. quite frustrating as would have loved to have really run round this course but felt like I'd been trampled on.

orienteering race 53 [4] 5.95 km (9 / km) +225m 7 / km

Middle distance Blue at Dunachtonmore.
Over cautious 1-7 , mistake at 5 going too high.found 8,9,10 tricky but slowed right down and then ok.Found rest of course easy could see control sights way ahead.

Haven't managed attack point since before the summer holidays when it got away from me.
Struggled with injury in August after lakes 5 days when ignoring things finally came to head.Now with help of Physio but have been back in normal training for a couple of weeks.

orienteering race 19:15 [5] 3.2 km (6:01 / km) +75m 5:23 / km

Kingussie Sprint.
Silly mistakes 2 and 3 loosing minutes, and 11. . Then straightforward, running times good on longer legs.
