orienteering race 1:29:52 [4] 5.9 km (15:14 / km) +200m 13:01 / km

really disappointing run today.Unsteady for the first 4 controls and then took stupid route on long leg to 6, right across rough terrain under crags. Lost 6 mins or more. stupid mistake 7-8 not looking at map.
another big mistake 12-13 lost 7 mins, loosing concentration badly.
