Lovely orienteering again. No energy though after rubbish sleep camping and family workload . Ankle stiff after yesterday. More tired more mistakes concentration slipping badly at end.

Fun run. Best area for ages. Bit slow as have been lacking training due to injury. Ankle held up fine but was v careful. Couple of silly mistakes 8 and 10 . Happy otherwise.
