Cycled to Bellahouston park for transition training, my first time on a road bike which was very fun

Transition training with triathlon for 2 hrs Focused mainly on the mount and dismount of the bike but also on putting helmet and shoes on Then did some brick sets

Brick session - 2x 4km cycle then 1 km run Practicing all the transition techniques
warm up - 200m 100 kick, 100 IM, 100 pull, 100 swim pyramid set of 200/400/600/200m all with about 30/45 secs rest 100 kick, 100 pull 50 back warm down - 200m
warm up - 100 swim. 100 kick. 100 IM. 100 pull. 100 swim 6x 75m build / 10s rest 4x 100 with 1 length sprint moving from last - 2nd last - 2nd - 1st / 10s rest 4x 100 other way round warm down - 200 m nice swim with Adrian but had sore shoulders from s&c last night. good to stretch the legs out though
Warm up - 5 mins blue and green 10 mins 20x 10 secs red 75rpm / 20 secs white 3 min blue. 2 min green. 2 min blue. 1 min yellow. 2 min blue 10 min same as first set Warm down - 5 mins
