this time my leg was feeling better than yesterday at the start of my run but as I got to about 13mins through it began to get really sore again. I was going to try and go a bit longer but it was too sore so I walked back :(
again, half an hour of stretching and it was feeling a lot better.

tried a small run to see how my leg was, basically it was really sore and got worse as I went along so not looking so good at the moment. couldn't really walk on it after it was so sore.
half an hour of stretching afterwards and after that it was feeling a lot better! going to try this again tomorrow to see if there is any improvement.

Just drove myself an 100 mile round trip today to go to the physio for my leg.
