tried a small run to see how my leg was, basically it was really sore and got worse as I went along so not looking so good at the moment. couldn't really walk on it after it was so sore.
half an hour of stretching afterwards and after that it was feeling a lot better! going to try this again tomorrow to see if there is any improvement.
