did SOL 4 at Glen Nant. it was a great course but the climb was a bit killer! so excited to be able to now train on this area!!

cycled back from lunch at barnluscan with my cousins! one of the many advantages of being on study leave is lots of exercise!

went to Sally's pilates which was fun apart from the core stuff which was brutal!

did 2x (30/30 60/30 120/60 180/60 120/60 60/30 30/30) with a few minutes break in between the two sets. legs feeling great but still feeling my core from this morning!

played centre against Freya again, it was so fun!

ran up the hill then over the glen and up the other side, along the ridge to the trig point and down to the point. then back home along the road.
legs feeling really good but it was sooooo hot even in my scotjos top
