At Culbin. Did a warm up then did a Point and Shoot course just orienteering on a bearing and trying to be accurate. then did a course with Kirsty and Eilidh C in which we did a leg each. collected in a control with Anna

ScotJos weekend - Lossie. did a warm up then did a line course coaching Isobel who was invited from Moravian. then did a little course practicing the skills we'd identified. did a fun relay/course at the end.

did 10 lengths warm up, then 8 lengths kick, then 20 lengths breathing every 5. then we did 8 lengths arms, then 40 lengths. really tired after

beautiful run over to ulva then down onto the road at the wall and along to the causeway and back along the road.

ran up the hill at Taynish it the setting sun which was lovely, still feeling tired after the weekend
