ORIENTEERING race 33:00 [5] 4.0 km (8:15 / km)

The JK middle distance in a horrible forest. My orienteering was abysmal but that was probably because of my leg which was really sore even though I put bio-freeze on it before I ran.
I also made it worse by running on it today so I'm giving the Long distance tomorrow a miss so that I don't make it worse than it already is. Hopefully I will be back for the Lakes weekend in two weeks!
