My exercises I have do are:
Weight of 2kg straighten the leg and lift ten times holdin for 5 seconds. This on front, back, both sides.
Bend and straighten the leg ten times
On left side bend both legs and lift the top leg
On back turn leg to side and lift 8 times x3
20x half sit ups on back with legs straight. 10x to left side and 10x to right side
Physio band. Straight leg and pull back and forth ten times standing up on every side of leg
3x 30secs of step up leading with right leg
3x 30 secs of step downs leading with left leg
3x 30 secs of squats
