Did a sprint around Brodie castle with ScotJOS. Wasn't too bad but I'm not very good at sprints and it was quite easy. I only made one tiny mistake at #7 when I went the wrong side of the stream but I realised imediately.

Did the event up at carse of ardisay. I couldn't really run do I had to slow right down at #7-11 which wasn't very good. I hit every control bang on though which I was very pleased with. I think maybe that the clock change might have had something to do with the fact of me being so slow. I was also struggling to breathe around#7-11.

Did ScotJOS training up in Inverness
There was only four 16s and Jenny joined us. Went with Lyndsey around the two courses and was coached by Jane.
We did looking for the control site and being accurate in getting to the correct control site. There were no kites which made it harder to know if you were at the control site.

Did 80 meter time trials. They were not too bad but it was obvious that I wasn't keeping up with everyone else because I haven't been swimming for two weeks

Did sol 2. I have just got some new inhalers and they haven't started working yet so I couldn't breathe. I had constant phlegm in the back of my throat which was also really anoying.
The race was fine but I was just very slow but steady the whole way. I got a bit confused at #11 when I hadn't gone far enough over the hill but apart from that my accuracy was good.

Did the club champs with eilidh. Walked around because I couldn't breathe and it was eilidhs birthday. It was a score event and me and eilidh came 10th.

Did the school fun run. Had an awful cold so it was really hard to breathe. I was the 1st junior girl so won a trophy!! Felt awful though

Went for a very easy swim with ruby and lorna after school. It was just what my legs needed after the weekend.

Did sol 1 at gullain dunes. Didn't have a particularly good run but my accuracy was good though and I hit most controls spot on. My running let me down and I found it really hard to breath. My stomach was also really sore when I was running so it wasn't very fun. Lots of sand in my shoes at the end!!!

Went for a nigh run with Louis. There was a lot of lightning which was epic but very scary!!!! It was a good run after the weekend, felt like I was about to die yesterday so I'm didn't go for a run then. Netball was cancled but here was actually nothing wrong with the weather, just that people are wimps. Personally I thought that there was nothing wrong.

Did training at Lin of tummel which was nice but very rocky and up and down the whole time. :(
The training was really good and the map was a lot better than yesterday's which was aweful compared to this.we were still doing JK training so it was good fun. Did the realy at the end but ran out of energy half way round. It was also really wet - showers
