Went for a jog for the first time in a week as I have been ill. Felt ok-ish but it was good just to be running again :)
Will see how the next few days go until I start doing anything tougher again.

Aperently half the school is ill with the same thing that I have so not missing too much. Was off again today but feel slightly better as I have rested for a while.

Really sore throat and a chesty cough. Feel rubbish. It sort of came on at the end of yesterday-when I went for a run but defiantly a lot worse today. No school tomorrow though :( just glad I don't have prelims in a week though, one more year!!!

Played football in the village. Throat is really sore every time I breath in deeply. :( do not feel very well.

Started to go for a run with mum. Throat got really bad, so much that I couldn't breath. Had to turn back. Feeling awful now. Didn't have a geat nights sleep.

Did a T10 and then some stamina and turns practise. Was ok but the T10 was very hard as I hadn't been able to get into swimming last week due to the awful weather so felt good to get back into the pool again and do some swimming.

Went for a 25 min fast run. Jess sent me a training plan for now until the JK so I am all set. :) felt the best I have since my cold over the winter so was really good.

Went for a run up tarnish hill. Felt really coldy as have had a really bad cold for the last couple of days so feeling pretty horrible. But my legas were ok though. The reason for not running for the whole of last week is because the weather has been absolutely rubbish so I haven't really been able to go outside at all apart from the occasional walk. So feeling a bit down. :(

Had another rest day as it was snowing and the pitch was frozen and covered in snow so we couldn't play netball but played volleyball in PE so got a little bit of exercise during the day but it was inside so not as good as outside exercise. :(

Went for a run with mum in the wind and the hail. As we were running along the top of the hill, the wind was behind us so we got blown along and I almost took off it was that strong. Quite slow because of the wind and the steps on both sides of the hill so didn't really want to run up or down them as they were very slippy. My chest was fine but I am going to see Emma tomorrow to try and sort out my cold with the running.

Went for a really nice run with mum and Louis. Still felt a little bit clogged up but once I had spat it out I was fine. Went around the loch. Was a little bit slow as quite tired after new year.
