intervals with hounds and hares. did (8x 200m) x2 so 16 reps in all with a five minute break in the middle. legs feeling so tired after yesterday so probably shouldn't have gone as hard as I did. coughing on the second set as well which wasn't ideal but it was fun anyways.
Ran along great western road to kelvin bridge and then back along the kelvin side Probably shouldnt have gone out because my cough was feeling a bit worse afterwards but legs were feeling great
