ran the spectator race at the JEC sprint which was pretty fun
had an ok run but made a few silly little mistakes and was unsure during the long leg

It was really good as I havn't really done many intervals recently.

did 8x 1min up hill then 1min downhill hill reps up this very steep hill. it gets steeper gradually which makes it harder.
calfs a bit sore at the end.

ran along the road to Barrathormid then up the hill and back along the top and then i went down the other side of the hill to the glen and then ran back along the glen and around the road.
It was good but really hot so sweating quite a lot

Couldn't go for a run as I was in Glasgow of the day at a Young Ambassadors mating in Hamden Park and only got back into tayvallich at half 6 so decided to go to netball

SOL at Uath Lochans. trying to get selected for the JHIs so i knew i had to do quite well today. Came first which was awesome, out of the whole of the green course!! Feeling pretty good about my orienteering now.

The course was really nice, and it was a new map so it was really accurate. Made a little mistake on number 4 as i was too far down the hill and had to go back up. Was unsure to number 5 so probably could have done that faster than I did.
really good fun though!

did the Highland Wolf middle distance race. messed up number 10 and took 7mins on it so that wasn't very good.

did the sprint at Highland Wolf but managed to mis punch number 11. i definitely got it so i reckon i was just too fast for the control!!

cycled down the road towards the village for about 4km and then back again,
it was a bit windy on the way back along the straight but it was alright.
knee was a bit weird at the half way point but was alright on the way back.

went cycling as i didn't really feel like going for a run and so cycling was better
