the map from the start to number 1 was on the start kite so you had to memorize your way from one control to the next!

RUNNING race 44:30 [5] 9.0 km (4:57 / km) +90m 4:43 / km

did a 5.5 mile race called the Tin Farm 5, over road, muddy track and beach.
really enjoyed the track bit but didn't like running on the road into wind.
I have never run that distance before so it felt really great and i am really pleased with it!!
Came first junior girl and got a very nice trophy as well!!!
