Warm up down to Kelvingrove
Did some dynamics and then some sprints

RUNNING intervals 36:43 [5] 8.0 km (4:35 / km)

5 long reps around Kelvingrove museum: 3l (1500m ), 3.5l (1750), 3.5l (1750), 3l (1500), 3l (1500) all with about 1.5minutes rest in between.
The first 3 reps I was feeling good and running quicker than last week. On the 4th I absolutely died and couldn’t really breathe which wasn’t very fun so Emma got ahead of me and I was running on my own for 3 laps which was demoralising. However still managed to run under 5m/km. last rep was better and managed to stick with Emma again.
Shins feeling ok while I was running!!

Fast run after spinning with Morag, Emma and Adrien to try get used to the transition. It was raining, windy and cold but made us run faster.
Shins feeling ok but could be because of short distance, I’ll swim tomorrow and see how they feel.
