Northern champs at Bigland. Came 15th. didn't make many mistakes so was happy but didn't have any energy so struggled. just felt really tired.

had a physio appointment for my foot. it loosened up really nicely so hopefully it will be good to run on tomorrow.

after school, run up the hill behind the house, then over to the other side of the peninsular, then along the ridge and down to the fields, back along the road. My foot was less sore today which was nice and I've got a Physio appointment tomorrow with Anna-Jane

second day of the Twin Peak weekend, had really nice fast run up on the top of the hill and then into the woods. came third on my course so I'm very happy.

had an ok run, quite slow though and it wasn't the best middle distance course.
