O' training with ScotJOS. Was very good but the first side of the road was not amazing, the detail wasn't very accurate which made life hard. We were training for the JK. Sloping hill side!!!

Di4x 3min/90sec rest then 4x 15/15 secs. Felt ok but it was very very windy so it was quite different. I also have a sore heel, almost a blister but I can't seem to find anything there. A bit weird.

Did more training at Lagganlia in the snow which was very cold. Great fun though. Did putting out controls and then ran a course with the controls we had all put out. After the break we did a score relay with extra balloon points!!!

Club training weekend at Lagganlia. Did lots of compass and distance judgement and contours in Inshriach forest. Was great fun but very tiring!!! Hopefully ore fun stuff tomorrow

Scottish sprint champs in erskine, glasgow. Was really fun but I didn't have a very fast time. Made a mistake going to number 5, took the wrong path but recovered quite quickly! The rest was fine, just not very fast. I really want to get better and do some more sprints in the future because I have only ever done 4!! Was really good to get back into orienteering again. Lagganlia next weekend!!

Went for a run up a hill then along the road. Legs felt a bit weird and I was really wheezy after my cold but apart from that it was fine. :)
Doing my longer and faster runs at the weekend when it is light.

Rest day because I had a massive headache at school and when I came home from school I felt awful and really tired and I had a sore stomach and a headache so didn't go for a run. Hopefully I will be able to make it to Dolphins tommorrow. :)
No netball yesterday as the pitch was frozen solid so had a rest day yesterday as well. :) will do some more running on Friday and the weekend hopefully.

Went for a run up the hill behind the house. Used my inhaler for the first time, think that I might have exercise induced asthma so got given that. Didn't make a difference today though.
