Easy around. Tired so nice and chill just enjoying it and felt heaps better afterwards. So so so nice in the sun, though super slippery everywhere from the ice. Ran across the frozen lake which was super cool!

Monas.
Sunny but suuper icy - so glad I decided to wear dobbed shoes. Felt alright but definitely tired body and brain. All the 15s were uphill and it was super duper icy there so they weren't ideal accelerations.
Fun though, everything is always nicer in the sun and on home trails, happy Caro.

Easy around. A bit stop start from all the road crossings and commuter traffic but nice out all the same. Feeling pretty tight and tired everywhere which isn't surprising considering I've spent the past two days on my feet all day. Trying to stay light but not sure it did much. Finished with a couple of strides to loosen things up a lil bit.
Exploring some new parks and streets and so so so nice to have a bit of sun!

Not feeling super speedy and like I was landing heavy and not lifting knees. Don't think the difference between the reps and the float was huge but was feeling the effort towards the end.

Easy pre breakky around Amsterdam. A lap of the stadium then getting lost through some streets and back through the park. Heaps of people, bikes and traffic everywhere so sometimes a bit stop start but super nice out exploring!
