Had lots of energy, legs felt good. Starting to get exciting!

Not pushing too much, running felt okay though.
Wasn't concentrating enough or thinking about the right things.

Easy to a couple of controls after the map walk.
Didn't start with a very good mindset so first few controls weren't great but after I had reminded myself that I can do this it got better.
Don't think I got too much out of this bc was going so slowly and not thinking that much but I guess there were some good parts anyway.
