Long run up Cootha then bailed on the trails before the can toads came out and the rest around the back of the suburb before home. Finished with some strides up the street because was getting a bit tight.
Felt okay but tired and was counting down the time the whole way.

Bit rushed because I left home later than planned.

Mixed emotions about this because it was a PB but I should've been faster.
2 sec PB but won't say so on the results because last time they were out by 5s. Felt strong running the whole time though. I think I was a bit too cautious with pacing and could've been pushing a bit harder, especially through the middle part, but instead was at pretty much the same pace the entire way through.
Nicer running temp than last time but still amazed at how humid it is for May.
First time being first female :)

Mona fartlek.
Warm out so working a bit harder than I thought I would be but sun was nice.
Really struggled at the end, couldn't get enough air in and couldn't have gone on for any longer I don't think. Pacing could've been better, especially on some of the reps. Haven't done this session in a while so was hard to gauge what I should be doing. Tried to focus on keeping good form.
Overall a good workout and was a nice morning to be out.
