10min warm up, 10 x 1min on/1min off, 10 min cool down
Good, though felt that the recoveries were too long. Next time will do a different session with shorter rec time.

Jogged a tiny bit but foot was sore so I stopped.

Took a bit to get into it, but once I did was good. I was racing a van stuck in the traffic on the freeway for a bit which was fun and good to get me to push. Even managed to avoid the rain until right at the end!

Walk in shoes, easy jog, walk barefoot.
Looking at gait etc. Foot was okay.
