UQ sprint course from the start of March which I missed.
Dragged Zazi and Jess out with me and they ran courses from a few years ago which I had brought.
Good fun, though so hot because of the middle of the day but luckily not very humid! Good to get my brain back into some sprint orienteering processes.

Really fun run, especially through the trails with water everywhere!
Won some 'pre-workout chocolate' a few weeks ago so tested a piece out - definitely had extra energy today!

Started to feel quite sick and a bit dizzy in the second half and it was super humid and yuck out tonight.

Bleh. This was not good. Felt super sick and yuck the whole time.
Started out ok and the first km was at a good pace but just went downhill from there. Also my Garmin was being weird and wasn't accurate with the distance.
Not happy because this is definitely not an accurate representation of where my training is at the moment which is a bit frustrating but I guess next time has to be better, right.

Started to get a bit tight towards the end from not having good form from being tired. A lot learnt from tonight which is good.
