Just stayed steady as a bit tired, stuck with Phil and kept it controlled. Starting to get the hang of the pacing for this session. Slowed a little in the 9-11th reps and didn't kick on the last one as much as I probably should've but good session all the same. Felt strong and form is getting a lot better. Fastest time for this session so far and wasn't even wearing my fast shoes!
