5km tt at Bosön with the club.
Pb but not happy or satisfied in the slightest. Lots learned from this though (but also lots still to learn) so positive. And still a step in the right direction!
Think it was all too steady overall, should've started either faster or slower and then fixed it up in the last part. Laps were all consistent but in the end it was all the 1s over that added up. Form needs a lot of improvement, need to build up strength everywhere too.
Also need to learn how to push and how to race.
So not what I wanted but lots to take away from this.

The others were doing longer intervals but I needed something faster so get rid of some anger. Was good, hit it in the second half of the last 200 but good to push through.
