Intraining speed session.
3 x 3 x 200m on, 200m off with a 2min break between sets. Then a 5min break followed by a 1km TT.
Time includes rests and recoveries. Ran the first set with one of the coaches, then she stopped running. Took the second set a bit too fast because I was trying to hang on to the back of the group. Third set was similar times to the first one but I was with the group so I think they must've slowed down.
Really good session, was so good to run with others!!
