Running intervals (B+W Training) 1:21:19 [5] 10.39 km (7:50 / km) +86m 7:31 / km
ahr:132 max:165 shoes: Asics Nimbus 17

4*1500m (2 mins), 6*30s (30s)

1500s: 5:13, 5:16, 5:15, 5:22 (road loop; not quite 1500)
30s: 170m, 150m, 180m, 160m, 160m, 170m

Not too bad; gradually feeling harder and harder and starting to feel faint by the 30s strides... high standard group left me feeling slow, though.

Cycling (To/from WISE) 18:00 [3] 5.0 km (16.7 kph) +28m

Orienteering race (RAL urban) 50:11 [5] 11.3 km (4:26 / km) +118m 4:13 / km
ahr:145 max:176 shoes: Asics Nimbus 17

4th, 3:40 down.

Lost 30s 4-5 concentrating on avoiding the cricket pitches rather than the uncrossable fence.Otherwise good, and I think I picked the best routes.

Recent maize maze helped.HM yesterday didn't help - felt ok near the start but very heavy legs on the long legs.bit surprised to be so far behind tbh; enjoyed it though.routegadget will be interesting.
