Recovery run with the road group. Lol at some of them commenting that it was hilly. Did feel the hills in my quads though.
Nice chat-pace and met some new people.
Ankle is still sore in the same weird place,but no worse,so just going to run through it until holiday I think,then it has 2 weeks to recover so should be fine on return. Hopefully.
