ESOC Colour Coded, Peebles, Brown Course (6.6 km, 370 m) in 79:08 (official). Physically tough workout on a very pleasant day with small wobbles in the circle at 6, 8, 10, 11, 14,15 and 17, but no serious errors. The highlight was the route choice through the 600 m long, pitch-black, Neidpath Railway Tunnel on 17-18, which required a headtorch!

CLYDE Terrain Run. The always-tough clockwise loop of The Slacks on a slightly damp and blustering evening with Dave and Ty as the light began to fade. Hard work, but felt like I managed to keep going fairly well all the way.

The old Milngavie to Torrence to Lennoxtown to Strathblane to Mugdock to Milngavie loop of the first time in ages at decent pace on a sunny but chilly Monday later afternoon. Lost most of my bike tools - but not my keys - somewhere along the way. Good workout.
