Classic 356 Trig anti-clockwise loop with Emma and Alice (who took the slightly longer route up to the cairn) on a warm Saturday morning. Good workout.

Bearsden to Ross Priory with Emma via Milngavie, Strathblane, Killearn, Devil's Pulpit and backroads to Gartocharn. A good workout on a very pleasant morning for cycling, and a leasurely lunch when we got there!

Urban Orienteering 37:45 [3] 5.78 km (6:32 / km) +59m 6:13 / km

CLYDE West End MapRun redux. Long Course (4.1 km) in 35:51 (official). A nice course on a mild evening spoilt by having to wait a very long time for the beep at 5, 6, 7, 9 and 14. One navigational error when I tried to go down a dead end on 8-9. Couldn't run this race when originally held as the Covid cases in Glasgow were so high, but now that cases are much high higher it's okay!

CLYDE Terrain Run. Arrived just as Dave and Ty were setting off after driving back from Peebles. Clockwise loop of The Slacks on a sunny evening taking a new (to me) path on the way up. Hard work with aching legs on the climb, but great views from the top. Good to be out on an evening like this.

Garscube Interval Session at Maryhill track: 2 x 200 m, 2 x 400 m, 2 x 600 m, 1 x 800 m, 2 x 600 m, 2 x 400 m, 2 x 200 m in a warm evening. Hard work, especially on the way back down the pyramid.
