Hill Race race 1:31:56 [4] 11.82 km (7:47 / km) +748m 5:54 / km

Scottish Hill Running Championships (officially 12 km, 830 climb, 150 m descent). Uphill only race on a gloriously sunny day mostly on tracks. Flat/rolling for the first 8 km (approx) and only really steep for the last 2-3 km (much of which I walked). Started in wave 2 and caught by Thomas (inexplicably in wave 3) in 36 mins at 6 km (i.e. he was running at 150% of my speed) but not by Emma (in wave 5). Unofficially 11.82 km in 91:56.

Not-the-CLYDE-terrain-run: Distillery to Garloch to Clachertyfarlie Knowe (not as exciting as its name suggests!) back over Dumgoyne and to the Distillery in 80.27 with Thomas, Dave, Iain and Ty. Good workout. Surprisingly busy on Dumgoyne.
